There are 9 branches of yoga and Kundalini is known as the most spiritually enlightening branch.
The purpose of this yoga style is to gain greater self awareness by reaching a high state of consciousness. Chakras are energetic centers of consciousness. Balancing these 7 energy points can have a direct and profound effect on health and quality of life.
